Students of the IPE course developed a PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) System in the summer semester 2020. This system helps in the IP Plane project to show the construction progress and upcoming maintenance work. This makes it possible to see the next activities at a glance and to get to further details with a click. The system has been in use since then and has already performed very well. This example shows that active work on the aircraft project can be carried out even in corona times. As part of the IP Plane project, the IP students actively experience project management on a real project.
